1. Event Management Expertise :

With a track record of orchestrating over 8,000 events across India for more than 265 corporate clients, we specialize in various types of events including conferences, annual day events, employee day outings, and award and recognition ceremonies. 2. Dispute Resolution :

Any disputes arising from the use of My Corporate Event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.

3. Licensing and Permits :

Customers are responsible for procuring any necessary licenses or permits required for their events. However, we can assist customers in obtaining the required licenses upon request.

4. Transportation Costs :

Transportation costs for event essentials are not included in the quotation and will be additional based on the location. The transportation cost will be shared in the final quote.

5. Pricing :

The prices displayed online are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Booking Requirements :

Bookings for event essentials must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event date.

7. Service Area :

Currently, our services are available only within Bengaluru city.

8. Cancellation and Postponement Policy :

Once payment is made, bookings cannot be canceled. Customers may only postpone the event to a later date by providing advance notice.
